ICAV and IVAPEC sign an agreement to help children in highly conflictive family processes
This project was born with the aim of strengthening the protection system for children and youth in situations of risk and vulnerability in the Valencian Community through the management of emotions, the improvement of communication or the positive management of conflicts.

Mar Sánchez Marchori,
CEO of IVAPEC.
She has been working for more than 30 years in the educational and business fields in various European cities.
PhD in Pedagogy, graduate in Advanced Studies in Therapeutic Pedagogy, postgraduate in Sociopolitical Education, Family Counsellor and Marketing Technician. She has been an external University lecturer in the subjects of “Communication”, “Family Medicine” and “Pedagogy and Business” for 20 years in different Universities: University of Valencia, Polytechnic University of Valencia, Catholic University of Murcia and she is also the Director of the International Women’s Chair at the Catholic University of Valencia.
Throughout her career she has received various awards for her professional excellence and has advised numerous companies, foundations and associations.
Mar García Sánchez,
Manager of IVAPEC.
Graduate in Psychopedagogy, Graduated in Education in English as a Foreign Language, Higher Technician in Marketing and trained in systemic therapy.
As far as her career is concerned, she has been working for more than 10 years at the Instituto Valenciano de Pedagogía Creativa (Valencian Institute of Creative Pedagogy). In addition to being a professional in education, she has experience in management of growth and change, a position that she directs in IVAPEC while working as a counsellor in an educational centre and takes part in the family area at the Quirón Hospital in Valencia.
She has worked with numerous companies, in addition to being a lecturer in Spain and some other European Union countries.
